The mod removes the black bars from the game, expanding the view.
- Download the most recent standalone archive below.
- Unpack the archive to the game folder.
- Download the latest patch for the standalone version.
- Unpack the archive to the game folder, overwriting at the prompt(s).
The first launch (and every launch after a game update) may be longer than expected. Make sure to wait, not force the process to close.
To uninstall, simply remove or move the files and folders.
Known issues:
- The camera framing does not perfectly match 16:9, so the view may be somewhat off on each axis from scene to scene.
- Some native background images do not have enough width for 21:9 and wider.
Tested on the latest GOG version at 2560x1080, 3840x1080, and 5120x1440.

Changelog (clickable)
1.0.2: Recompiled and added some checks to support the latest game version. Apply over v1.0.1 and overwrite.1.0.1: Fixed the dungeon vignette not spanning, as reported by Para.
1.0: A total remake of the solution, addressing the issues of misplaced pixels and flickering lines. The image is crisp now even at 32:9. The UI is spanned.
0.1.0.1: Moved to a more precise approach to the UI. This makes the fix potentially more stable, but also potentially less reliable through game updates.
