Blog post of the Roth2 v2 workflow:

The readme file incorporated into Ruth2 v2 Blender file is as follows (as at 7-May-2020, use the actual text in the Blender file for any update):

Roth2 is a low-poly mesh body specifically designed for OpenSimulator. It was modeled by Shin Ingen in Zbrush with contributions from other open source contributions from the OpenSimulator Community working in Blender. Its UV maps are based on the standard Second Life(TM) UV maps (the island layout).

Roth2 is AGPL licensed. Other contents of this file are also AGPL licensed unless otherwise indicated. See LICENSE.md at https://github.com/RuthAndRoth/Roth2 for specific details. You may use and modify Roth2 any way you want, but you may not distribute or sell it unless you provide a link back to the source https://github.com/RuthAndRoth/Roth2 and donate any modifications back to the project.

I used two armatures:

  • Avastar 2.81.24 (custom bone properties, dae export)
  • Male_2016-05Rebuilt (auto-weighting and weight painting) available at GitHub > RothAndRoth > References > Armatures
