Utilities for making text file or TTree containing event numbers and properties.

You can see the NOvA interface at /cvmfs/nova-development.opensciencegrid.org/novasoft/releases/development/CAFAna/Core/EventList.h
It would probably be best to wait for the cafanacore merge so that this can more naturally work in a per-spill/slice/track way
