This PR revamps the SCE About page (fixes #1417 )

Took inspiration from Ycombinator.

completed dessert problem.
made about page completely blank.
start adding in sections with small headers.
Used ai to make a draft of the sections.
open a pr with the new, text based about page, discuss with Evan wording.


          Rebuilt About Page, Added Images
