-Arm is working and tested with the new motors.
-Drive is completely working
-Science has some bugs but is able to communicate with mission control and step through the different states.

What's not implemented:
-active suspension

-interface of science on mission control
-science needs to be switched away from automating the simulations to stepping back through based on inputs

-Drive 100% operational with serial and esp control, homing is also fixed.
-Arm mostly working, RR9 still needs to be tested but everything else works.
-Science has most of the drivers filled out and state machine has been finished. Functions to control the different states just need to be filled out/implemented.

This is the first version of the urc-control-systems rover. Most functionality is working.
