Problem
The assay information file still contained SEQ_ASSAY_ID's that should be ignored or filtered out. This probably wouldn't happen too often, but should be accounted for.
Solution:
Filter out rows containing SEQ_ASSAY_ID that isn't part of clinical file
Extras:
The genomic regions file can now be stored as such instead of
genie_bed.txt
