Hi,
I just noted that the Dockerfile does not run in it's current configuration. It will crash at runtime with a python imp module message. This pull request fixes that, by specifying a specific (older) python base image.

Hey rpsteiger.
I git cloned your fork and tried running it /w docker to no avail. It still complained about removed modules like imp and disutils.

If you could, include a way to install your version. I never installed tools via docker so this is kind of new to me.

Thanks for creating this fork and helping the people at large :D
