Description
This will make
python-stratifycitable from the github repo page. I have added all the OCRID's from #121.Following from the SciTools/nc-time-axis#136 I have placed @pelson & @bjlittle at the top as they are the original/majority contributors and then from there it is in descending
family-namesalphabetical order.There is also a GHA that will check the CITATION.cff is valid on any PR's that make a change to it.
