Thank you for the contribution. I think at runtime, upon Pool creation, we can do a We can enable this flag by default at some point in the future. |
I added the check. Let me know if you like the approach and if there is a better way to return the errors. |

Following the discussion in #654 and this comment #1885 (comment) this PR adds a feature flag to mark SQLite as a returning backend.
For my use case, this means to be able to use other types as primary keys with SQLite.

This PR adds a new feature:
returning_clauses_for_sqlite_3_35
.This enables the SQLite backend to be a returning backend.
With this feature, the user must ensure that the application links to SQLite version >= 3.35.
