Fixes #29

Driver detection methods improved. Note that you will also have to install the release candidate of the Replay Enhancer https://github.com/SenorPez/project-cars-replay-enhancer/releases/tag/release-0.6rc1 for this to completely fix #29.

Project CARS Replay Enhancer UI 0.2.1

Fixes the JAR error when attempting to actually use the UI for video. Sorry for the error, sorry for taking so long to track it down, sorry for taking so long to fix it, and sorry for the new distribution method. It's not what I wanted, but it's what life allowed.

To run:

1. Extract the ZIP or TAR file.
2. Navigate to the bin folder.
3. Execute configurationeditor.bat (Windows) or configurationeditor (Linux).
