This version allows the user to decide not to use the tracker (no write permissions to the DB) - with the allowTracker flag.
I have not tested it yet (my windows laptop is having difficulties with running a replicaset), so either you can test it yourself or I will next week :)
The docker-compose is there because of my attempts, so I might delete it later
