Updated to work with LiveSplit 1.6

This should make it compatible with the current LiveSplit version that people are actually using, rather than the 1.4 development version.

First release

This is the first release of a plugin which I have been using myself for a while in my own casual speedrunning.
So far I have not encountered any bugs with it, so I am clearing this for release.
To use this plugin simply place "LiveSplit.ManaTracker.dll" in the Components directory for a LiveSplit development build and the component should be available from within LiveSplit.
The plugin will auto detect Dishonored versions 1.2 and 1.4.
