This is a sort of prerelease for version 2

New features

• Voice commands: join, leave, play, and add
• Message logging (problem #3 still being solved)

Changes

• Added D++ lib for @SandiumDioxide in src/cpp (not working for some reason, working on a fix #4)
• Cleaned files up somewhat (still dont know what to do for #2)
• Added VBS for some backend stuff and startup
• Added some dependencies for easiness

Code Changes

• remade rng command because death wouldn't stop bugging me about it

To-do

• add sharding
• fix d++
• add voice commands
• make sql database
