Ignoring case

Unit name and rank case is now ignored when comparing for enrichment

Better joins

Did a better job of joining legion-hq and sw-legion-data unit data together. Instead of just using name we are now using name + rank.

Enriched data

Data has been enriched with data from @zacharyp's sw-legion-data
