Check Bypass & CombatLogX Support

Added bypass command to disable own fly checks. (/perfectflight bypass, permission: perfectflight.bypass)
Added support for CombatLogX: auto-disabling player's flight mode when joining combat. (enable/disable in settings.yml)
Fixed an issue with an unwanted debug message.
