Added missing icon image for Bill Splitter

Description

Added missing icon image for Bill Splitter extension. This change resolves the issue of the extension failing to load due to the absence of the required icon file images/icon-48.png. By including the icon image, the extension's manifest.json file can now be properly loaded, allowing the extension to function as intended.
