Add rule of spacing between full-width and half-width characters.
全角文字と半角文字の間に、スペースを挟まないよう、textlint のルールを追加した。
Accordingly, existing documents that did not comply with the rules were also corrected.
それに伴い、既存のドキュメントで、ルールに適合していない部分も修正した。
