Description

This PR includes the following:

Add a default font for library thumbnails
Add custom Fontconfig directory and configuration file
Update the service setup script with custom environment variables

Republish of #6459

Fixes https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-enabling-text-titles-in-library-folders-on-homepage
