This runs the tests for some of the JS examples. Not all of the examples have tests, and of the ones that do not all of them are as straight forward as running a series of commands (some require a server to run in parallel with the tests). This PR adds a simple way for each example to specify how it should be tested (only commands in series are currently supported). Eventually I would like to expand this framework to be language agnostic so all examples can use the same config file format.
