This is a functional, but clunky method for automatically including app buttons on the Target Detail page.
This is mostly a prototype, and there are improvements to make, but I'd like to get this functionality out and available before AAS.
TODO: The Button description should be an HTML partial that's passed from the app to the template, rather than built on the fly by tom_base. More research is needed before this could actually be done.
