Calcite is now renewable through bubble columns and coral! This mechanic will eventually be expanded upon and lead to chalk :)
By placing a column of Corals above a bubble column block, calcite buds can grow which yield calcite shards, these can be made into calcite blocks :)

Pizza is made using beetroot, wheat, and cheese. The pizza can be eaten like a cake or in the hand. You can add toppings (search #toppings in the creative menu to see the all the options) which stack onto each other. You can easily add in your own toppings using a datapack and modifying natures_spirit/data/tags/item/toppings.json and adding in an item. Then using a resourcepack supply an image here natures_spirit/assets/textures/block/pizza/ named namespace_item_name_topping, it must be a 32x image.
