34 - don't provide value on past camper checkbox

The formik docs could be clearer but looks like the intended way to use is to not provide value on a checkbox <Field>: https://formik.org/docs/examples/checkboxes

Removing the value prop lets the checkbox be checked as expected

Also now updates node version as needed to fix #53 disregard, splitting in case there's more to do for 53
