Description

Consolidates Teleporter (Tearel and Timmy) code so they're not duplicated.
Allows operators to change one place and affect both scripts.
Moves map and popup logic to global/global_player.pl so the script is globally functional in case another "hub" type zone is added in the future a duplicated zone/player.pl nor NPC will be necessary.
