• add: added purple galoshes (hue shifted galoshes) and put both galosh(?) types in the jani loadout
• add: the spray painter has new color options based on gasses
• add: LO got a new beret
• add: combat gloves added to warden loadout and removed from locker fill
• add: martial black belt added to the generic belts category
• add: lollipop added to the generic items category
• tweak: made IPC sec/omni eye modules available to all dignitaries (now matches cyber eyes)
• tweak: corpsman combat kits are now guaranteed to be inside of corpsman lockers for those maps that don't have them mapped in
• fix: roboticist and botanist loadouts have been fixed, they now have their duffels and such
• fix: fixed mobster accent name and desc
