Constructor
The Constructor (formerly "Element Constructor) allows you to duplicate items using EMC. Simply place any item with an EMC value in the "Source" slot. Items will be created from your personal EMC and put into the "Output" slot. You can also put a Klein Star in the "Star" slot, in which case only EMC stored in the Star will be used. The only real reason to use a Constructor instead of a Transmutation Table(t) is the fact that you can use hoppers to get items out.
