There is no inherent reason a trace must know about a batcher, other than convenience. This change factors the batcher out of the trace and moves it to an explicit type parameter where necessary.

This looks great! It does call out that we'll probably eventually want to end up with a bundle of joint opinions, like perhaps KeyArrange<...> and ValArrange<...> that tie together the batcher, builder, and trace. But .. great to first decouple the components, and then loosely re-couple them through some non-binding opinions.
