This package makes it possible to set custom padding for org-mode headings and blocks.
Using use-package + quelpa:
(use-package org-padding
:quelpa (org-padding :repo "TonCherAmi/org-padding" :fetcher github))
Alternatively you can just download the archive and manually require
the package.
Padding values can be configured with help of the following variables:
org-padding-heading-padding-alist
- controls the heading padding values, it is an alist where each pair (of form(TOP-PADDING . BOTTOM-PADDING)
) describes the padding values for the corresponding heading level.org-padding-block-begin-line-padding
- controls the block-begin-line padding e.g.#BEGIN_SRC elisp
, it is a pair of form(TOP-PADDING . BOTTOM-PADDING)
.org-padding-block-end-line-padding
- controls the block-end-line padding e.g.#END_SRC
, it is a pair of form(TOP-PADDING . BOTTOM-PADDING)
.
To enable the minor mode:
(add-hook 'org-mode-hook #'org-padding-mode)
(setq org-padding-block-begin-line-padding '(2.0 . nil))
(setq org-padding-block-end-line-padding '(nil . 1.0))
(setq org-padding-heading-padding-alist
'((4.0 . 1.5) (3.0 . 0.5) (3.0 . 0.5) (3.0 . 0.5) (2.5 . 0.5) (2.0 . 0.5) (1.5 . 0.5) (0.5 . 0.5)))
