Updated versions, LittleFS instead of SPIFFS

SPIFFS is deprecated and was replaced with the designated successor LittleFS

All libs are updated to the most recent versions. WifiManager 2.0.3-alpha works also but i refrained using it for now because of the "alpha" status.

Precompiled binary

Since building with Travis-CI is working now, it is easy to add a precompiled binary.
