Relates HOFF-572

Ticket not completed and still in development

What has been completed:

Added session timeout popup frontend for session timeout which relates to services that do not require a login such as GRO, RIL etc
Session timeout is set to popup after 5 seconds for testing, but needs a behaviour to extend the session.
