Purpose of this PR
Remove all unused CI files.
Instead of having distinct "2022.3" and "CUSTOM-REVISION" tracks, we now only have trunk, and it's using
2022.3as revision by default. This way we can get rid of the obsolete editor pinning job.Testing status
