Additions:
-Added additional information related to each subentry in the subentry tree (besides just the start time)
-Added additional properties for the following BAC entries:
-Animation (Proper flags selection)
-Movement (New properties)
-Tracking (Proper flags selection)
-Hitbox (Proper flags selection and new Matrix flags)
-Invulnerability (Proper type selection)
-ThrowHandler (Proper flags selection)
-EyeMovement (New Properties and Proper flags selection)
-ScreenEffect (New Properties and Proper flags selection)
-Sound (Proper flags selection)
-Effect (Position and Rotation parameters)
-Camera (New properties, new Interpolation page and new flag slots for Extended Camera Control)

Renames:
-Renamed BACEntry "FunctionControl" to "System" and it's "Type" to "Function"
-Renamed BACEntry "AnimationModification" to "BoneModification"
-Renamed BACEntry "DualSkillData" to "DualSkillHandler"

Subentry Fixes:
-Fixed Hitbox unk flags (Unknowns should be read as float and not hex)
-Fixed Effect eepk flags flags (eepk type stage b to actually set as 0xb)
-Fixed System unk flags (Unknowns should be read as float and not hex)
-Fixed Physics Type flags (wrong order)
-Fixed Projectile Skill Type Flags (it's meant to include additional options)

Overall tool fixes:
-Fixed offset function where it used to re-order items incorrectly
-Fixed subentry selection bug when adding a new copy
-Fixed values not saving correctly if users leave the entry too fast
-Fixed System parameter values resetting to 0

Overall tool changes:
-New Subentries that get added automatically have their duration set to 1 instead of 0
-Added "BacType#" as a postfix for all Bac entry names for easier navigation
-Added Character Type "legacy " to prevent an error in legacy skills like Super Kamehameha

Known bugs:
transparency color resets to #00000 when subentry is added instead of pasted
