Year Plan

Sprint Structure

We will have a sprint every 2 weeks. We plan to have the sprint planning session on-campus. For every alternate week, we plan to have a smaller meeting (just to get a status update) online.

Ticket Lifecycle

1. Tickets are planned to be created each Sunday prior to sprint planning.
2. Tickets will be assigned during each sprint planning session.
3. Timeframe for each ticket will be evaluated using a Sprint Retro
4. Tickets will ideally be completed prior to the next sprint planning session. Team members will test components of their ticket during the w weeks leading up to the next print planning session.
5. During the sprint planning session, team members will have the chance to showcase how they completed their tickets. If the ticket could not be completed within the allocated timeframe, it will be reevaluated.
