This discount script combines automatic discounts based off a customer tag and volume discounts based off $$ Spent. If you qualify for both a customer tagged VIP discount and a volume discount. This script will then compare which discount is larger and only apply the higher discount of the two. This prevents two discounts stacking on top of eachother.
