update bigwig and rnaseq upload help #1320

update :

  • bigwig upload help (ability yo use a zip file for multiples)
  • rnaseq upload help (bullets)

'FPKM' or 'TMP'.
<br />- The index file should be named manifest.txt and consist of a
tab delimited txt file with three columns (no column headers):
sample name, filename, and strandedness (unstranded/stranded).

we only support unstranded

genome that you select above.

If you need to upload more than one file please make a compressed
file with all your bigWig files.

i think you should specify which format of compression is supported here: i guess tgz and zip

just a few small things to adjust

included. The counts (FPKM/TPM) files should be tab-delimited and
Upload your Normalized RNA-Seq in a tar.gz, tgz or zip file. Three
types of files – bigWig, counts and index – are supported in the
uploaded zip file.

change to

Upload your Normalized RNA-Seq dataset files by zipping them into a tar.gz, tgz or zip file. Three
types of files – bigWig, counts and manifest – are supported in the
uploaded zipped file.

(unstranded/stranded). Upload Data Set initiates the transfer and
will create a record page for your data set that contains links to
the fold change search, and bigWig files if included.
