Update to match X4 v5.00.
- Added Salvager Fleets
- Extended Trading Fleet to also cover Local AutoTrade and Advanced AutoTrade
- Quick hack to fix "cannot copy anchor space for miners"
And the usual, install in X4 game's /extensions but not in User Home's /extensions .
