Currently,
neighbourDirectionsis a value (really adef) holding aSeqmapping directions to functions that check if that direction is safe. This PR turns it into a method that takes the row, column, and matrix information first and then gives a list of directions, along with whether or not those directions are safe. Still a draft, I'm not 100% certain about the logic.
