Use Windows Live Writer
- Start Windows Live Writer
- Choose to add blog account
- Select the fourth option (select Other blog service)
- Enter the url to your blog. (Make sure you have enabled Windows Live Writer Integration within your blog settings)
- Enter the username, including the Sitecore domain (eg: sitecore\admin), and password
- Click next
- You can now let Windows Live Writer create a temporary post
- Give it a name and click finish
