Support for a recently suggested extension of the CoNLL-U format: https://universaldependencies.org/ext-format.html.

Suggestion: Do not attempt to auto-combine existing CoNLL-U Plus headers. Instead, provide a novel routine that allows to add metadata to merged CoNLL files.
