Create a deployments page which allows the provider to see all the deployments hosted and their details.
Provider Deployments page should have both active and closed deployments.
It should have a table containing information about deployment like owner address, dseq, spent, monthly cost, resources (GPU, CPU, memory, storage)
The provider deployments details page should have the details below.
Status, DSEQ, Owner, Created Date/time, TimeLeft, Cost, Amount Spent, Balance, Transferred, Resources
It should also take note of multiple gseq, if any.
