Hi there! I'm Alessandro 👋

I am an artificial intelligence engineer creating computer vision applications.

I currently hold the position of senior AI engineer at the Clario R&D department, developing medical imaging applications for large-scale clinical trials 🧬. I previously led the image-guided surgery team at Necker Hospital 🚑, building AI 🧠 algorithms supporting surgeons 🧑🏻‍⚕️👨🏼‍⚕️ during paediatric 👶🏽 robotic-assisted operations 🫀. I am especially involved in multidisciplinary projects at the frontier between AI research and medicine.
