You may or may not wish to merge this in as it remains untested and I may eventually circle back to replace the original zero with the new one if it works, though I suspect that will cause problems with the spacing between characters for anyone relying on the old behaviour. You may wish to reversion this (README and tag).

…inal zero 0 glyph caused an overflow in the ISO-described character cell for such characters when attempting to create a template with LibreOffice Calc.
…nal GnuMICR font in it and making the requisite changes to add the narrower, upper-case O glyph.
OTF font now includes 'O' glyph, a copy of '0' but of appropriate width.
