Release for ALIROOT-6685 MC production request

This release contains all functionalities of the AliDPG MC package as of today's master.
A branch of the master has been created and patched using the QA and AOD train macros as used in MC production LHC15g3a3, which is the production to be cloned according to the request in ALIROOT-6685.
