End of the refactor, multiclass workflow ready and producing first results.

  • configuration files for multiclass XGB classifier and Lc database
  • a few adjustments: xgboost doesn't accept one-hot encoding, while sklearn's ROC must have one-hot encoding
  • per-class equalization
  • a few improvements to ROC plot visualization
  • more SHAP plots for comparison, labeled classes in the general SHAP plot
