AgriAnalytics@R

A software provides statistical analysis and data visualization specifically tailored for Agricultural Research

Authors : Dr. J. Sreekumar and Ambu Vijayan

Institution : ICAR-Central Tuber Crops Research Institute

Website : AgriAnalytics@R Ver. 3.19

Features

  • Importing data directly from excel formats like xlxs, xls or csv.
  • Descriptive Statistics with Plots
  • Anova CRD
  • Anova RBD
  • Easy to use interface with oneclick download options for results.
  • Anova CRD Analysis of variance for completely randomized design (CRD) is a statistical technique used to compare means of more than two groups. This test assumes that the samples are independent, normally distributed, and have equal variances.

Anova RBD Analysis of variance for randomized block design (RBD) is a statistical technique used to compare means of more than two groups. This test assumes that the samples are independent, normally distributed, and have equal variances. In RBD, the samples are divided into blocks, and each block is randomized independently.

    Manual for AgriAnalytics@R

To upload your data, click on the "Upload Data" tab.
Choose the file format (csv, xlsx, or xls) from the drop-down menu.
Select the file to upload by clicking on "Browse" and navigating to the file's location on your computer.
    Click "Upload."

    Descriptive Statistics

Navigate to the "Descriptive Statistics" tab.
Select the response variable you want to analyze from the "Select Response Variable" drop-down menu.
If you have a group variable, select it from the "Select Group Variable" drop-down menu.
The descriptive statistics and box plot for the selected variable(s) will be displayed.

    ANOVA - CRD

Navigate to the "ANOVA - CRD" tab.
Select the treatment variable from the "Choose the Treatment Variable" drop-down menu.
Select the response variable from the "Choose the Response Variable" drop-down menu.
Click "Run ANOVA" to perform the analysis.
The ANOVA table and Least Significant Difference (LSD) test results will be displayed in the "ANOVA Table" and "LSD Test Results" sections, respectively.
You can download the ANOVA results and plot as RTF and PNG files, respectively.

    ANOVA - RBD

Navigate to the "ANOVA - RBD" tab.
Select the treatment variable from the "Choose the Treatment Variable" drop-down menu.
Select the response variable from the "Choose the Response Variable" drop-down menu.
Select the replication factor from the "Choose the Replication Factor" drop-down menu.
Click "Run ANOVA" to perform the analysis.
The ANOVA table and LSD test results will be displayed in the "ANOVA Table" and "LSD Test Results" sections, respectively.
You can download the ANOVA results and plot as RTF and PNG files, respectively.

    CORRELATION

    Navigate to the "Correlation" tab.

In the Variable Selection section, select the variables to be used in the correlation analysis from the drop-down menu.

Click on the "Run Correlation" button to start the correlation analysis.

The results of the correlation analysis are displayed in four ways:

    • Correlation Matrix: This shows the correlation coefficients between each pair of variables selected by the user.
    • Correlation Matrix with P Value: This shows the correlation coefficients and their corresponding p-values.
    • Correlogram: This shows a graphical representation of the correlation matrix.
    • Scatterplot Matrix: This shows the scatterplots of each pair of variables selected by the user.

To download the results, click on the "Download" button and select the file format (RTF or PNG).
