m_axis_sequencer: Updated keep signal #117

  • Added support for non-valid byte transmission using keep
  • Added support for the monitor to drop non-valid signals for scoreboard

Strobe signal verification was added for AXI4 transmissions. Functionality wasn't tested.
Plan: modify DMA to support non-valid bytes with keep and strobe signals to properly test functionality in cases where not all data bytes are valid.
