This is a preparatory PR (for FLINK-37191) mainly focusing on improving test case effectiveness, including:

  • Single-stage CI failure should not cause the whole matrix got cancelled
  • Added timeout limit when fetching data rows from TableResult
  • Removed vulnerable & unmaintained FastJson from test dependencies
