v0.0.1-alpha

An early alpha release that includes some snapshot dependencies (notably MATSim). This release should not be considered production-ready. A shaded, runnable jar file is attached for convenience, but when the project becomes more mature, we will look to publish Maven artefacts to the MATSim repository.

The functionality is as described in the pinned version of the README.

This release is the reference point for our changelog. The changelog will reflect changes from this version of Gelato and will thus begin with the first change that follows this release.
