ASGSR 2022 GeneLab Data Processing GitHub Demo

Demo for how to navigate the GeneLab Data Processing GitHub Repository
Includes demos for how to install and run GeneLab workflows to process the following omics data types:

Demo is run using free compute resources via Gitpod
- Amplicon Illumina Sequencing Data
- (bulk) RNA Sequencing Data
  
  The workflow for processing RNAseq data is currently under NASA review and will be available soon
