The fifth release candidate of v2.0.0.

Fixes and adds the following compared to rc.4:

• Adds vaex and colorcet dependancies.
• Updated pipeline.py to better support large jobs (#207).
• Added epoch numbers to show_all_png_cutouts().
• Changed eta, V bokeh color pallet.
• Added 'Mooley' style plotting of two epoch metrics.
• Fixed source drops because no names given (#219).

Note This update is incompatible with old pipeline runs.
