Description
This extension doesn't actually use any platform-specific binaries, and it wasn't using the
--targetflag on publish anywhere, so the steps to publish to different platforms were redundant. This removes them to simplify things.It also adds a section to the README regarding upgrading SpiceDB, which should address #20.
